Als IT Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen gebruikers, applicaties en infrastructuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat systemen optimaal functioneren, gebruikers vlot geholpen worden en IT-processen professioneel worden opgevolgd.

• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vragen en ondersteuning van eindgebruikers (20%)

• Functionele ondersteuning bieden voor Business Central en andere bedrijfsapplicaties

• Organiseren en geven van interne opleidingen rond Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, telefonie en bedrijfsapplicaties

• Beheren, controleren en testen van back-up- en disaster recovery-processen

• Onderhouden van serveromgevingen en ondersteunen bij infrastructuurverbeteringen

• Beheren en documenteren van de fysieke en virtuele netwerkomgeving

• Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor Microsoft 365 en e-mailgerelateerde systemen

• Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van werkstations, printers en telefonie-oplossingen

• Beheren van logistieke en audiovisuele IT-oplossingen zoals badgesystemen, camera's, vergaderzalen en displays

• Coördineren van IT-onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers

• Beheren van accounts, hardware, softwarelicenties en gebruikersrechten Voor deze functie zoeken we een allround IT-professional die techniek combineert met een klantgerichte aanpak.

• Beschikt over graduaat of bachelor in IT met een 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een IT-support-, system administration- of IT operations-omgeving

• Grondige kennis van end-user support, Microsoft-omgevingen en algemene IT-infrastructuur

• Affiniteit met ERP-systemen; ervaring met Business Central vormt een mooie meerwaarde

• Inzicht in serverbeheer, netwerktopologie, hardwarebeheer en cybersecurityprincipes

• Ervaring met back-upbeheer, disaster recovery en IT-documentatie

• Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels

• Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in het oplossen van technische problemen

• Leergierig en gemotiveerd om nieuwe technologieën en systemen onder de knie te krijgen
