Wir suchen einen 1st & 2nd Level Support Experten, der seine umfassende Expertise insbesondere im Großkundenumfeld einbringen möchte. Deine hervorragenden Kenntnisse machen dich zur idealen Ergänzung für unser Onsite Team in Ranshofen. Als IT Onsite Client Support übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung maßgeschneiderter IT-Lösungen für unsere Enterprise-Kunden. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit hochqualifizierten Kollegen sowie durch gezielte Weiterbildungen vertiefst du kontinuierlich dein Know-how und entwickelst dich zu einem führenden Fachexpert:in im Bereich Client Support. Mit jedem Projekt wächst dein Verantwortungsbereich - und du wirst zu einem unverzichtbaren Bestandteil der ACP. Betreuung des digitalen Arbeitsplatzes (Notebook / Desktops / Tablets / Handys) Aufsetzen, Konfigurieren und "Betanken" (Imaging) von PCs, Notebooks und Mobilgeräten (Smartphones/Tablets) Austausch und Rollout neuer Hardware sowie strukturierte Rücknahme von Altgeräten Analyse und Behebung von HW Störungen an den Arbeitsplatzgeräten direkt vor Ort oder im Team remote Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachexperten des Kunden (3rd-Level-Support) Dein Profil Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Betriebssystemen (Windows, iOS, Android) und im Bereich Client-Hardware Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt Präsenz-Mentalität: Du schätzt den direkten Austausch im Team und die Arbeit vor Ort beim Kunden. Führerschein B Sprache: Deutsch & Englisch Unser Angebot Es erwartet dich eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene monatliche Bruttogehalt liegt bei (mind.) EUR 2.500,- - eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
