Bij ZET solutions werken we met een klein en betrokken team aan oplossingen voor digitale identificatie, authenticatie en ondertekening. Onze dienstverlening wordt dagelijks gebruikt door duizenden gebruikers. Dat vraagt om een stabiele, veilige en goed beheerde IT-omgeving. Als IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer krijg je een brede en afwisselende functie met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent niet één van de vele specialisten binnen een grote IT-afdeling, maar een belangrijke schakel binnen een compact team waarin je betrokken bent bij vrijwel alle aspecten van IT Operations. Van Microsoft 365 en netwerkbeheer tot security, monitoring, back-ups en leveranciersmanagement. Je hebt direct invloed op de continuïteit en verdere professionalisering van onze IT-omgeving. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren en monitoren van onze IT-infrastructuur, werkplekken, cloudomgevingen en Microsoft 365-omgeving. - Bewaken van beschikbaarheid, prestaties, security en continuïteit van systemen en diensten. - Oplossen van incidenten, verstoringen en technische vraagstukken. - Uitvoeren van updates, changes, technisch onderhoud en herstelwerkzaamheden. - Samenwerken met leveranciers en bijdragen aan de verbetering van monitoring, documentatie, automatisering en beheerprocessen. - Op termijn deelnemen aan een 24/7-consignatiedienst (pieperdienst) voor kritieke IT-diensten en productieomgevingen. Wat breng je mee? - Mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau in een IT-richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met IT Operations, systeembeheer, netwerkbeheer of infrastructuurbeheer. - Kennis van Microsoft 365, netwerken, security en monitoring. - Ervaring met Windows- en bij voorkeur ook Linux-omgevingen. - Bekendheid met cloudomgevingen, identity management en moderne werkplekken. - Een zelfstandige, proactieve en o...
