Je speelt een actieve rol in het monitoren, snel oplossen van incidenten en het verbeteren van processen om zo de efficiëntie te verhogen. Jouw rol Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van systemen, netwerken en applicaties waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende teams om IT-diensten vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. Dit omvat het analyseren en prioriteren van incidenten, ondersteunen van gebruikers met duidelijke instructies, en het beheren van werkplekken en devices volgens de geldende security- en bedrijfsrichtlijnen. Daarnaast ontwerp en optimaliseer je netwerken en bewaak je deze proactief met behulp van monitoringtools. Ook adviseer je over en implementeer je applicaties die bijdragen aan efficiëntere bedrijfsprocessen en neem je het beheer en onderhoud van deze applicaties voor je rekening.
