Functieomschrijving Als IT Operations Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat collega's probleemloos kunnen werken met de IT-middelen en systemen van de organisatie. Je combineert gebruikerssupport met het beheren van de IT-omgeving en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende partijen en houdt ervan om problemen niet alleen op te lossen, maar ook bij de oorzaak aan te pakken. Je werkt nauw samen met de IT-verantwoordelijke en externe IT-specialisten. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse IT-dienstverlening soepel verloopt en systemen veilig en betrouwbaar blijven. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Collega's helpen bij technische vragen en het oplossen van IT-storingen; - Zorgen voor goed ingerichte werkplekken, laptops, mobiele apparaten en gebruikersaccounts; - Contact onderhouden met externe IT-partners en de voortgang van meldingen bewaken; - Toegangsrechten, applicaties en softwarelicenties beheren; - Mogelijke beveiligingsrisico's en technische knelpunten signaleren; - IT-documentatie en praktische werkinstructies actueel houden; - Meewerken aan nieuwe implementaties en projecten om de IT-omgeving te verbeteren; - Bijdragen aan een veilige omgang met informatie en persoonsg...
