Selbst schuld, wer da noch weit pendelt. Für den Standort REGAU suchen wir eine_n 1 IT Operations Engineer_in Deine Rolle bei PUREA:

* Betrieb, Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Storage, Netzwerk, Clients)

* Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit, Performance und Stabilität

* Monitoring der Systeme sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen (Incident Management)

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen

* Planung & Durchführung von Wartungsfenstern

* Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben (z. B. mit Skripten oder Tools)

* Durchführung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen

* Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Betriebsabläufen

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern

* 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support

* Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten

Das solltest du mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre oder vergleichbar)

* Fundiertes Know-how in folgenden Bereichen von Vorteil

o Windows Server / (Azure)AD / GPOs / SCCM

o Netzwerk (CISCO/VLAN/ISE)

o Firewall (Fortinet)

o Virtualisierung (VMware)

o PLS (APROL)

* Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz

* Team- und serviceorientiert
