Als Medewerker Contractverwerking / KYC bij ZET solutions zorg jij ervoor dat nieuwe contracten en wijzigingen correct, compleet en zorgvuldig worden verwerkt. Je werkt met aandacht, houdt overzicht en helpt onze zakelijke klanten duidelijk verder. Jouw rol Als Medewerker Contractverwerking / KYC ben jij een belangrijke schakel in een zorgvuldig klantproces. Je behandelt nieuwe contracten en wijzigingen in het klantenbestand, controleert of alle informatie aan de gestelde eisen voldoet en verwerkt de gegevens nauwkeurig. Wanneer aanvullende informatie of een vervolgstap nodig is, informeer je de klant helder en professioneel, voornamelijk per e-mail. Je werkt zelfstandig en geconcentreerd, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je wordt onderdeel van een sterk en betrokken team dat kennis deelt, elkaar helpt en samen zorgt voor een betrouwbaar resultaat. Omdat je dagelijks werkt met vertrouwelijke gegevens, voer je deze functie volledig uit vanuit ons kantoor. Wat ga je doen? - Nieuwe contracten en wijzigingen in ons klantenbestand zorgvuldig en tijdig verwerken; - Controleren of gegevens en documenten compleet zijn en voldoen aan de gestelde eisen; - Ontbrekende of onduidelijke informatie herkennen en de juiste vervolgactie inzetten; - Klanten voornamelijk per e-mail duidelijk en professioneel informeren over vervolgstappen; - Vertrouwelijke gegevens met de grootst mogelijke zorg en aandacht behandelen; - Signalen, afwijkingen en terugkerende vragen delen met het team en actief meedenken over verbeteringen.
