DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN

- Der Operations Manager sorgt für einen reibungslosen täglichen Betrieb innerhalb der IT-Serviceumgebung - In dieser Funktion überwachst du operative Prozesse, die die Stabilität und Leistung der Services gewährleisten - Du analysierst Betriebsdaten, optimieren Arbeitsabläufe und wendest dein Fachwissen im Bereich Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management an - Du koordinierst abteilungsübergreifende Aufgaben, sorgen für eine klare Kommunikation und gestalten Verfahren, die eine konsistente und zuverlässige Servicebereitstellung unterstützen - Mithilfe von ServiceNow und Reporting-Tools verfolgst du Leistungskennzahlen, identifizieren Trends und treibst proaktiv Verbesserungen voran - Dein Fokus liegt auf Struktur, Genauigkeit und der Erzielung praktischer, messbarer Ergebnisse

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, komplexe Veränderungen zu bewerten und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. - Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Effektive Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen, einschließlich IT-Teams und Management. - Liebe zum Detail: Genauigkeit bei der Überprüfung von Änderungen und der Einhaltung von Prozessen. - Problemlösungsfähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, potenzielle Risiken zu erkennen und geeignete - Maßnahmen zu deren Minderung zu ergreifen. - Erfahrung mit ServiceNow, Berichterstellung, SLAs - ITIL Foundation-Zertifizierung von Vorteil - Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Referenzniveau B2), Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
