The posting

Als Data & AI Governance Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere operationalisering van Data & AI Governance. Je vertaalt governanceprincipes naar werkbare processen, rollen, controles en meetbare resultaten.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Vertalen van de Data & AI Governance-visie naar een pragmatische implementatieroadmap.
  • Implementeren en operationaliseren van governanceprincipes rond data ownership, datakwaliteit, metadata, lineage, privacy en AI-risicobeheer.
  • Activeren en begeleiden van rollen zoals Data & AI Asset Owners en Data Stewards binnen de verschillende businessdomeinen.
  • Ondersteunen van de verdere uitwerking en operationalisering van een gedecentraliseerd governance operating model waarbij eigenaarschap maximaal in de business wordt verankerd.
  • Integreren van governanceprincipes in de volledige data- en AI-lifecycle volgens een "governance by design"-aanpak.
  • Ondersteunen van prioritaire businessinitiatieven en strategische use cases bij de toepassing van governancevereisten.
  • Mee vormgeven en implementeren van het AI Governance framework in lijn met de AI-strategie, Responsible AI-principes, groepsrichtlijnen en relevante regelgeving zoals de EU AI Act.
  • Begeleiden van geselecteerde strategische AI-use cases bij het toepassen van AI Governance-principes, inclusief accountability, transparantie, uitlegbaarheid, modelrisico's, monitoring en controleerbaarheid.
  • Definiëren van minimale governance-controls voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en opvolging van AI-oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met AI-teams, business stakeholders, Risk, Compliance en Legal om AI Governance praktisch en schaalbaar te verankeren binnen de organisatie.
  • Opzetten van een pragmatische governance-aanpak voor AI-use cases die ervaring opbouwt, governance-capaciteiten versterkt en herbruikbare best practices creëert.
  • Definiëren en opvolgen van KPI's, maturity-indicatoren en governance deliverables.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, risico's en de gerealiseerde impact van governance-initiatieven.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw en adoptie van governance tooling zoals Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Azure en gerelateerde platformen.
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor management en stakeholders rond Data & AI Governance.

Functievereisten

Must-have

  • Minimaal 7 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in data governance, data management, data strategy, data office of vergelijkbare rollen.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het implementeren van governanceframeworks binnen complexe organisaties.
  • Sterke kennis van Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Metadata Management en Data Lineage.
  • Ervaring met AI Governance, Responsible AI en relevante regelgeving zoals de EU AI Act en GDPR.
  • Ervaring met het definiëren en activeren van governancerollen, operating models en besluitvormingsprocessen.
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van organisaties in governance- en verandertrajecten.
  • Kennis van governance tooling zoals Microsoft Purview, Collibra of vergelijkbare platformen.
  • Inzicht in moderne data- en AI-platformen binnen cloudomgevingen.
  • Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en communicatievaardigheden, met het vermogen om bruggen te slaan tussen business, IT, data-, AI- en risicofuncties.
  • Zelfstandig, hands-on en resultaatgericht, met een pragmatische mentaliteit.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt

  • Ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector of een andere sterk gereguleerde omgeving.
