The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een IAM Engineer met sterke .NET- en Azure-ervaring om het team te versterken dat verantwoordelijk is voor de backend van ons interne identity orchestration platform. De kandidaat moet aantoonbare IAM-expertise hebben en in staat zijn om richting te geven aan de implementatie van identity governance, provisioning en fijnmazige autorisatieoplossingen.

In deze rol onderhoud en ontwikkel je bestaande .NET-componenten verder en werk je mee aan de overgang naar een moderne, cloud-native architectuur op Azure. Je draagt bij aan IAM-gerelateerde evoluties, API-beveiliging en nieuwe Azure-gebaseerde modules.

Taken

  • Je ondersteunt en ontwikkelt het interne identity orchestration platform verder en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de bijbehorende analyse, ontwikkeling, onderhoud en opvolging
  • Je helpt bestaande .NET-componenten te migreren naar een cloud-native doelarchitectuur op Azure. Je begrijpt de huidige stack, identificeert herbruikbare componenten en vertaalt functionele behoeften naar onderhoudbare, cloud-ready oplossingen
  • Je ontwerpt en bouwt nieuwe Azure-gebaseerde IAM-functionaliteiten vanaf nul, met componenten zoals Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps en Azure Key Vault, en integreert deze met REST-services en identity providers
  • Je ondersteunt IAM-gerelateerde ontwikkeling rond onder andere user provisioning, API security, tokenconversie met gebruikerscontext en wijzigingen binnen identity governance (IGA)
  • Je volgt IAM-gerelateerde incidenten op en ondersteunt vulnerability management voor de componenten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent
  • Je past je expertise in IAM en security engineering toe om veilig gebruikersbeheer, toegangscontrole en API-integraties te ondersteunen
  • Je levert input op senior niveau rond IAM-architectuur en ondersteunt de implementatie van de afgesproken architectuur, inclusief het gedetailleerde ontwerp en de oplevering van IAM-oplossingen zoals policy-based authorization
  • Je ontwerpt en implementeert identity lifecycle management en user provisioning-oplossingen, inclusief integraties met identity providers en SCIM-gebaseerde flows
  • Je ontwerpt en implementeert fijnmazige autorisatie met behulp van policy engines en standaarden zoals OPA, Openfga of Authzen. Je past geschikte autorisatiemodellen toe, waaronder RBAC, ABAC, Rebac en Pbac
  • Je onderhoudt en implementeert oplossingen binnen de afgesproken timing en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je documenteert implementaties en wijzigingen
  • Je ondersteunt analisten en designers bij het vertalen van functionele specificaties naar technische oplossingen
  • Je levert 3rd-line support
  • Je volgt technische evoluties op en kunt zelfstandig onderzoek uitvoeren, met ondersteuning van een application architect
  • Je begrijpt de technische architectuur en hergebruikt bestaande technische componenten
  • Je helpt bij geplande productie-deployments buiten de kantooruren
  • IAM Engineer met aantoonbare, relevante ervaring en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken binnen een complexe Identity & Access Management-omgeving
  • Ervaring met .NET back-end / back-office development
  • Brede IT-kennis en interesse in verschillende IT-domeinen
  • Sterke planningsvaardigheden; je durft de AS-IS in vraag te stellen en bent resultaatgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en plant gestructureerd
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, communicatief en een echte teamspeler
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, hebt oog voor kwaliteit en neemt initiatief om ontwikkelprocessen te optimaliseren
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij het werken met verspreide, internationale teams
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken binnen een complexe applicatielandschap en zorgt voor continuïteit bij terugkerende wijzigingen
  • Ervaring met Identity & Access Management, waaronder identity governance and administration, identity lifecycle management en user provisioning
  • Hands-on ervaring met identity providers zoals Keycloak, Duende IdentityServer of Microsoft Entra ID
  • Hands-on ervaring met SCIM, OIDC en OAuth 2.1 voor provisioning-, authenticatie- en autorisatie-integraties
  • Ervaring met fijnmazige autorisatie, waaronder OPA, Openfga of Authzen, en met autorisatiemodellen zoals RBAC, ABAC, Rebac of Pbac
  • .NET / C# back-end development
  • Ervaring met SQL
  • REST API's - ontwerpen, bouwen en gebruiken van RESTful services (JSON)
  • Ervaring met CI/CD-pipelines in Azure DevOps voor het deployen van oplossingen over verschillende omgevingen
  • Secure cloud development practices, waaronder het gebruik van Azure Key Vault voor gevoelige informatie
  • Source control met GIT
  • Ervaring met Agile en een DevOps-cultuur
  • Ervaring met IAM-gerelateerde ontwikkeling of onderhoud binnen een beveiligde klant- of partnerportaalomgeving
