The posting

  • Leiden van meerdere gelijktijdige projecten binnen een Finance-portfolio, van opstart tot implementatie en business adoption.
  • Bewaken van scope, budget, planning, resources en kwaliteit gedurende de volledige projectlevenscyclus.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van projectplannen, budgetten, resourceplannen, RAID-logs en andere governance-documentatie.
  • Toepassen van projectmanagementmethodologieën, governance-standaarden en delivery frameworks.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, risico's, issues en afhankelijkheden aan sponsors, stuurgroepen en senior management.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van PMO-standaarden, stage gates en projectgovernance.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met Finance-leiders en andere belangrijke business- en IT-stakeholders.
  • Faciliteren van besluitvorming en afstemming tussen verschillende afdelingen en teams.
  • Fungeren als centraal escalatiepunt voor projectrisico's, problemen en afhankelijkheden.
  • Coördineren van business teams, IT-teams, externe leveranciers en system integrators.
  • Leiden van projecten gericht op Finance-transformatie, procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.
  • Ondersteunen van initiatieven binnen onder andere Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Treasury & Cash Management, Financial
  • Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting & Compliance en Master Data Governance.
  • Bewaken dat oplossingen aansluiten bij het financiële operating model, governance en strategische bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Proactief identificeren, analyseren en opvolgen van risico's en afhankelijkheden.
  • Initiëren en opvolgen van mitigatieacties en tijdig escaleren waar nodig.
  • Beheren van scopewijzigingen via formele change control-processen.
  • Bewaken dat projectdeliverables voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen en businessverwachtingen.
  • Leiden van cutover- en deploymentactiviteiten voor relevante projecten en programma's.
  • Opstellen en beheren van cutoverplannen, deploymentschema's en readiness assessments.
  • Coördineren van business readiness, training, support, communicatie en de overgang naar de operationele organisatie.
  • Organiseren en faciliteren van go/no-go-besluitvorming en executive readiness reviews.
  • Beheren van deploymentrisico's, fallbackscenario's en hypercare na go-live.
  • Zorgen voor een succesvolle overgang naar business-as-usual.
  • Vastleggen van lessons learned en stimuleren van best practices binnen het Finance-portfolio.
  • Identificeren van verbeterkansen binnen projectdelivery, governance en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van projectmanagement- en portfoliomanagementprocessen.

Gevraagde skills:

  • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, met aantoonbare ervaring in complexe business- en IT-projecten.
  • Ruime ervaring met het gelijktijdig beheren en succesvol opleveren van meerdere projecten.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met Finance-gerelateerde projecten en transformatie-initiatieven.
  • Sterke kennis van financiële processen en business operations.
  • Grondige kennis van Finance-processen zoals Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash en Record-to-Report.
  • Ervaring met SAP ERP-omgevingen, bij voorkeur binnen SAP S/4HANA-programma's.
  • Ervaring met Finance-transformatie, procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en ERP-implementaties.
  • Ervaring met regulatory-, reporting- en complianceprojecten binnen een Finance-context.
  • Sterke kennis van projectgovernance, PMO-processen, stage gates en delivery frameworks.
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer, resourceplanning, planning en risico- en issuemanagement.
  • Sterke ervaring met RAID-management en dependency management.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met formele change control-processen.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en coördineren van cross-functionele en internationale projectteams.
  • Ervaring met vendor management en het aansturen van externe leveranciers en system integrators.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met testmanagement, deployment, cutover en go-liveactiviteiten binnen grootschalige transformatieprogramma's.
  • Kennis van business readiness, operational transition, hypercare en fallbackstrategieën.
  • Uitstekende leiderschaps- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
  • Sterke communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden, inclusief rapportering aan senior management en stuurgroepen.
  • Strategisch denkvermogen gecombineerd met een hands-on en pragmatische aanpak.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om efficiënt te functioneren in complexe omgevingen met veel stakeholders en uiteenlopende belangen.
  • Resultaatgericht, sterk in executie en met een uitgesproken gevoel voor ownership en accountability.
