The posting

  • Scrum Master/Analist voor het team (agile) binnen het domein Terugbetalingen aan leden
  • Het domein Terugbetalingen bestaat uit meerdere agile teams met een totaal van een 40-tal personen, waaronder het team dat bestaat uit 8 personen. Dit team bouwt en onderhoudt applicaties die klant toelaten om factuurcorrecties te doen binnen het facturatieproces van de verplichte ziekteverzekering, o.a. correcties van doktersattesten aan de leden en de 3rd party billing, facturen van ziekenhuizen, zorgverstrekkers, ...
  • Je zal terecht komen in een professioneel agile team, waar je kan werken aan een reeks van uitdagende projecten waaronder het uitbouwen van een nieuwe functionaliteit die correcties aan ledenfacturen toelaat
  • Je kan beroep doen op bestaande AI agents om je analyse werk te ondersteunen of je kan, indien nodig, ook nieuwe AI agents aanmaken

Scope:

  • Inhoudelijk combineert de consultant zijn/haar functie van analist met de rol van Scrum Master. Hij/zij verzorgt de coördinatie van een team 8 personen in het departement Terugbetalingen aan leden
  • Naast de Scrum Master taak neemt de consultant de (business)/functionele analyses op van opdrachten die te maken hebben met Terugbetalingen aan leden en meer bepaald opdrachten in het kader van het correct uitbetalen en corrigeren van de facturen (medische attesten) van onze leden en zorgverstrekkers

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen van agile team (8 pers) als Scrum Master
  • Uitvoeren van business/functionele analyses binnen een agile team

Taken en deliverables:

  • Afstemmen met de product owners en BU experten en ontwikkelaars
  • Assisteren in/creëren van de user stories
  • Uitwerken van de functionele analyse op basis van de user stories
  • Scrum Master van een team binnen terugbetalingen aan leden (8 personen)
  • Organisatie van de sprintplanning, sprintreview, demo, daily standup
  • Ervaren analist (medior/senior) met voldoende technische bagage
  • Kan werken in een functioneel en technisch complexe omgeving
  • Kan zowel het algemene overzicht bewaren en tegelijk ook een zeer gedetailleerde analyse maken
  • Vertrouwd met aansturen van Agile teams
  • Vertrouwd met werken met AI agents die het analyse werk zullen ondersteunen
  • Talenkennis Volledige beheersing van 1 van de 2 langstalen (NL of FR) (lezen, spreken, schrijven) Goede kennis (vlot begrijpen en vlot kunnen lezen) van de andere landstaal
  • Je kan complexe zaken eenvoudig en helder uitleggen
