Als ServiceDesk Engineer 2nd Line ben jij degene die in actie komt wanneer een vraag NET wat meer technische diepgang vraagt. Je pakt complexere incidenten op, onderzoekt oorzaken en kijkt verder dan de eerste oplossing. Want een issue oplossen is goed. Begrijpen waarom het ontstaat én hoe we het in de toekomst kunnen voorkomen, is nog beter.

Je werkt in een Microsoft-first omgeving en ondersteunt klanten voornamelijk binnen hun moderne werkplek. Daarbij kijk je verder dan één technologie of product. Je begrijpt hoe Microsoft 365, identity, security, devices en netwerken met elkaar samenhangen en gebruikt die bredere blik om tot de beste oplossing te komen.

Je bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor je collega's binnen 1st en 2nd line. Je deelt kennis, helpt anderen groeien en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze dienstverlening elke dag een beetje beter kunnen maken.

Wat heb je nodig?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen IT support in een 2nd line rol, hierin analyseerde je complexere incidenten zelfstandig om tot een oplossing te komen;
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met Microsoft 365 en de bijbehorende admin portals, zoals Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint Online en Teams;
  • Je beschikt over een brede technische basis met kennis van onder andere security, identity, EndPoint management en networking;
  • Je kijkt verder dan het incident: je zoekt naar de vraag achter de vraag, neemt ownership en denkt mee over de technisch én functioneel beste oplossing voor de klant;
  • Je communiceert helder en klantgericht, deelt actief je kennis met collega's en denkt mee over verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en hebt een goede beheersing van het Frans.
