Jobomschrijving

  • Lead and manage all IT operations for the manufacturing facility, ensuring reliable and secure technology services.
  • Partner with regional and global IT teams to align local technology initiatives with corporate standards and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee infrastructure environments, including networks, servers, end-user computing, telecommunications, and related systems.
  • Support and enhance enterprise applications, including ERP platforms, to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Drive the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business-critical systems and technology solutions.
  • Manage IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate technology upgrades, system integrations, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to end-user support activities, ensuring high levels of service and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards.
  • Act as a trusted technology partner to business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and performance through technology.

  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Prior experience supporting manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, operations, and business systems.
  • Experience delivering IT projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and enterprise IT environments.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and network administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft AD administration.
  • Experience supporting desktop, laptop, server, and communication technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, Outlook, and Visio.

  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
