Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende teams en stakeholders, weet de juiste mensen in beweging te krijgen en bent zowel operationeel als tactisch een stevige gesprekspartner. Je krijgt energie van het coördineren en verbeteren van het incidentmanagementproces, stuurt op data en trends en creëert draagvlak voor structurele verbeteringen. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan zien wij jouw reactie graag tegemoet! Wat ga je doen? Jij bent analytisch sterk, hebt een out-of-the-box attitude en je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent thuis in een Agile werkomgeving waarbij de klant centraal staat. Je begrijpt de taal van de servicedesk en productteams. Je weet om te gaan met de verschillende dynamieken binnen een organisatie en bent op zowel operationeel als tactisch niveau een gesprekspartner. Bovenal krijg je energie van verbinden en verbeteren, je weet te overtuigen en creëert draagvlak en bewustwording op basis van data-analyse, adviezen, rapportages en trendanalyses. Samen met jouw collega procesmanagers zet je je in voor de verdere professionalisering van al onze IT (beheer)processen in relatie tot de agile werkwijze. Daarin stel je kaders en KPI's op, creëer je awareness en zie je, op een coachende wijze, toe dat deze kaders en KPI's worden nageleefd. Je gaat acteren binnen een breed speelveld van o.a. change-, configuration- en capacity management waarbij de primaire focus zal liggen op incident- en problemmanagement. Samen met jouw collega procesmanagers zie je het als uitdaging de IT-service processen te managen voor een zo hoog mogelijke operationele continuïteit en stabiliteit. Dit alles met als doel dat onze klanten volledig tevreden gebruik kunnen maken van een veilige en betrouwbare dienstverlening. Wat neem je mee? - HBO werk/denkwijze...
