Im Rahmen der Wiener "Joboffensive 50plus" bieten wir speziell arbeitslosen Frauen und Männern über 50 Jahre einen Arbeitsplatz an.

Ob Krankheitserreger bei Mensch, Tier und Pflanze, Arzneimittelfälschungen, Antibiotikaresistenzen, Rückstände in Lebensmitteln, Boden- und Saatgutuntersuchungen oder auch Strahlen- und Klimaschutz: Immer sind wir beteiligt, im Sinne des One Health-Gedankens mögliche Risiken für Mensch, Tier und Pflanze abzuwehren und einzudämmen und so für mehr Sicherheit für Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher in Österreich zu sorgen. Um dies zu gewährleisten analysieren, überwachen, bewerten, forschen und kommunizieren wir 365 Tage im Jahr. 5 IT Procurement Manager:in (w/m/d) Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die strategische Beschaffung von IT-Hardware, Software und Dienstleistungen und führst Verhandlungen im Zuge des Lieferantenmanagements durch:

* Einkauf von Hardware, Softwarelizenzen und IT-Diensten, sowie Dienstleistungen

* Aktive Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und Vergaben gemäß Bundesvergabegesetz

* Erstellung, Prüfung und Optimierung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung

* Monitoring und Durchführung des Vertrag-Lifecycle-Management (inkl. Nachverhandlungen, Verlängerungen, Ausschöpfungsgrad etc.)

* Marktanalysen, Benchmarking und Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen mit Fokus auf Kostenoptimierung und Transparenz

* Bearbeitung und Erstellung von digitalen Workflows und Dokumentationen

Qualifikationen

Du bringst die fachliche Basis und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, mit:

* Basisverständnis zu IT-Hardware, Software, Cloud-Modellen und IT-Services

* Erfahrung im Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern wie IT, Recht und Einkauf

* Vorteilhaft: SAP-Know-how sowie Erfahrung mit Lizenzmodellen großer Anbieter (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP etc.)

* Kenntnisse im Bundesvergabegesetz bzw. Bereitschaft, sich darin weiter zu vertiefen

* Analytisches Denkvermögen zur Bewertung komplexer Lizenzmetriken und Kostenstrukturen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv zu verbessern

* Kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die gerne verhandelt und Abstimmungen effizient gestaltet

Die Einstufung erfolgt gemäß dem AGES Kollektivvertrag. Das kollektivvertragliche Bruttojahresgehalt liegt bei Vollzeit zwischen 50.045,80 Euro (F4/1) und 75.437,60 Euro (F6/12), mit der Möglichkeit zur Überzahlung. Die Zielstufe für diese Position ist F6.
