Functieomschrijving Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een Product Manager/Product Owner voor een periode van ong. 6 maanden (geen freelance, alleen detachering/payrolling). Je bent in deze rol verantwoordelijk voor een product dat een belangrijke basis vormt voor verschillende andere producten en diensten binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het product betrouwbaar, schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig is en aansluit op de behoeften van zowel interne als externe gebruikers. Je bent in deze rol o.a. verantwoordelijk voor; - het bepalen/uitvoeren van de productstrategie, roadmap en prioritering; - het vertalen van klant- en organisatiebehoeften naar concrete productontwikkelingen; - bewaken van de balans tussen korte termijn oplossingen en structurele, toekomstbestendige keuzes; - onderbouwen van keuzes met data, onderzoek en inzichten uit de praktijk; - het zorgen voor de privacy, security, compliance en technische randvoorwaarden; - bewaken van de voortgang en bijsturen op basis van resultaten en nieuwe inzichten; - de samenwerking met Engineering, Data, Security, Legal en andere productteams; Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair productteam en hebt veel contact met Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Data-specialisten en andere stakeholders binnen de organisatie. We zoeken daarom iemand die snel kan instappen, zich een complex productdomein snel eigen maakt en vanaf korte termijn zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan nemen.
