Vacature IT professional sfeerbeeld Accountmanager bellen Over Elesa+Ganter 25 medewerkers 3 personen op IT Elesa+Ganter Nederland is een verkooporganisatie met 25 medewerkers. Wij verkopen technische machine-elementen zoals klembouten, handgrepen, knoppen en bedieningselementen, die wereldwijd door machinebouwers en industriële bedrijven worden gebruikt. We werken met korte lijnen, duidelijke afspraken en een hoge mate van procesautomatisering. Een groot deel van onze orders verloopt via de webshop, waardoor IT een belangrijke rol speelt in onze dagelijkse operatie én verdere groei. Onze IT-afdeling bestaat uit 3 personen, inclusief de IT-manager. Dat betekent veel afwisseling en ruimte om impact te maken. We werken zorgvuldig, spreken elkaar respectvol aan en kunnen op elkaar rekenen. Groei staat centraal: vandaag goed, morgen beter. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie draai je aan de knoppen die onze IT-omgeving slimmer maken. Je stemt applicaties op elkaar af, koppelt systemen, automatiseert processen en onderzoekt hoe AI ons verder helpt. Structureel oplossen staat voorop, niet het steeds opnieuw blussen van dezelfde brandjes. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag bouw je aan een koppeling tussen twee systemen, de volgende dag test je een nieuwe AI-toepassing of denk je mee over de volgende procesverbetering. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren, optimaliseren en aan elkaar koppelen van applicaties binnen ons landschap, zoals ERP, Dovetail, CRM en PIM - Ontwerpen en bouwen van slimmere, geautomatiseerde processen, bijv...
