Als Project Manager bij Team Rockstars IT zet jij die spanning om in resultaat. Elke keer weer. Why? - Maatwerk carrièrepaden - In-house opleidingsinstituut - Onbeperkt verlof - Cultuur van openheid en diversiteit - Workations Over de rol Hier krijg jij energie van: Je werkt landelijk, vanuit de kantoren in Den Bosch, Apeldoorn, Amsterdam en Rotterdam, en bent het gezicht van Team Rockstars IT als het gaat om delivery. Je staat midden in complexe IT-trajecten bij klanten in sectoren als Energy & Utility, Financial Services en Manufacturing. Je multidisciplinaire teams tellen drie tot tien mensen: van developers en architects tot testers, business analisten en agile-rollen. Je beheert projecten tot circa € 1 miljoen en hebt speelruimte om binnen dat kader zelfstandig te beslissen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt tussen een technisch gesprek met een architect en een verwachtingsgesprek met een directeur. Je signaleert risico's voordat anderen ze zien, hakt knopen door als het spannend wordt en zorgt ervoor dat onze IT Rockstars optimaal kunnen presteren. Niet bij het eerste project, maar bij elk project. Dit doe je: - Eindverantwoordelijk voor oplevering van IT-projecten binnen scope, planning, budget en kwaliteit, inclusief tijdige signalering en mitigatie van risico's en afwijkingen - Inrichten en bewaken van project governance en besluitvormingsstructuren bij de klant - Aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams op basis van vertrouwen en gezag, niet op basis van formele hiërarchie: jij bent de PM, de IT Rockstars bepalen zelf hoe ze het werk doen - Organiseren van Quarterly Business Reviews en coördineren van projectmatige Health Checks - Helder rapporteren naar alle relevante stakeholders op operationeel en tactisch niveau - Actief bij...
