Bij ons krijg je de ruimte om echt impact te maken, ondersteund door persoonlijke aandacht, innovatieve projecten en uitstekende ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? Als IT Project Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig voorbereiden, aansturen en succesvol afronden van IT-projecten. Je bewaakt de scope, planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's en stuurt proactief bij wanneer dat nodig is. - Je bent de centrale schakel en een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor de klant, het projectteam (engineers/consultants), leveranciers en het management; - Je leidt technische projecten van initiatief tot nazorg; - Je stelt strakke projectplannen op, identificeert risico's vroegtijdig en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze overdracht naar de beheer- en supportteams; - Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete activiteiten en coördineert IT-implementaties op basis van standaarden en securityrichtlijnen; - Je leidt voortgangsbesprekingen en adviseert proactief over IT-oplossingen; - Je bouwt actief mee aan het professionaliseren van onze interne projectstandaarden en templates. Wat neem je mee? - Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Je hebt bij voorkeur 4 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het zelfstandig begeleiden van (complexe) IT-projecten; - Je hebt gedegen kennis van IT-infrastructuren, waaronder Microsoft 365, Azure, netwerkbeheer, security en virtualisatie; - Je bent gecertificeerd in of hebt ruime ervaring met projectmethodologieën zoals Agile, Scrum en/of Prince2; - Je bent een natuurlijke teamspeler met overtuigingskracht en de capaciteit om collega's te motiveren en te begeleiden; - Je bent organisatorisch sterk en in staat om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd succesvol te managen; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel in woord als geschrift; - Basi...
