Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Project Manager (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Antwerpen.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract
  • Duurtijd: Lange termijn

Functie

  • Leiden en opvolgen van complexe IT-, softwareontwikkelings- en implementatieprojecten
  • Bewaken van scope, planning, budget, capaciteit, kwaliteit en risico's
  • Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams en externe leveranciers
  • Beheren van afhankelijkheden tussen teams, projecten en stakeholders
  • Opstellen van managementrapporteringen en voortgangsrapporten
  • Begeleiden van releases, migraties en implementaties
  • Verbeteren van test-, release-, deployment- en serviceprocessen
  • Coachen van teams en stimuleren van samenwerking en continue verbetering

Profiel

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Projectleider binnen IT-infrastructuur- en/of softwareontwikkelingsprojecten
  • Ervaring met agile werkmethodes zoals Scrum en Kanban
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement (scope, planning, budget, capaciteit, risico's en kwaliteit)
  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en het afstemmen van business- en IT-doelstellingen
  • Kennis van projectmanagementmethodologieën zoals Prince2, PMBOK of gelijkaardig
  • Ervaring met Jira, Azure DevOps of vergelijkbare project- en backlogtools
  • Kennis van ITIL en ervaring met release-, test- en kwaliteitsmanagement
  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en professionele kennis van het Engels
