Aufgabengebiet

* Leitung internationaler IT-Projekte und Programme in der Fahrzeugproduktion

* Steuerung des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus von der Planung bis zur Übergabe

* Verantwortung für Termine, Budgets, Ressourcen, Projektumfang und Änderungen

* Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter

* Abstimmung mit Kunden, Programmleitungen, IT-Management und Steering Committees

* Sicherstellung von Governance, IT-Security und internen Standards

* Weiterentwicklung von PMO-Prozessen und Best Practices

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projekt- oder Programmmanagement

* Erfahrung mit komplexen Software- und Integrationsprojekten, idealerweise im Automotive- oder Produktionsumfeld

* Sicherer Umgang mit großen Projektbudgets und Management-Reporting

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicheres Englisch

* Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und überzeugende laterale Führung

* Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PRINCE2 oder ITIL sind von Vorteil

Das mögliche Gehalt

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 4600 und EUR 5600 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
