Deine Aufgaben * IT-Projektmanagement: Du planst, steuerst und koordinierst komplexe IT-Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und dem Go-Live * Software-Implementierung: Du begleitest die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarelösungen und koordinierst die relevanten Projektphasen * IT-Architektur & Zielbild: Du unterstützt bei der Definition und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten IT-Architektur im Finance-Umfeld * ERP & Cloud-Migration: Du koordinierst die Migration eines bestehenden ERP-Systems in die Cloud und stellst eine strukturierte Umsetzung sicher * Datenmigration & Schnittstellen: Du koordinierst Datenmigrationen, Schnittstellenanpassungen sowie technische Abhängigkeiten zwischen den beteiligten Systemen * Testing & Go-Live: Du planst und koordinierst Testaktivitäten, Abnahmen und Go-Live-Phasen * Change Management: Du begleitest Veränderungsprozesse und trägst durch transparente Kommunikation und gezielte Abstimmungen zu einer hohen Benutzerakzeptanz bei * Stakeholder Management: Du moderierst Workshops und stimmst dich mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und weiteren Projektbeteiligten ab * Dienstleistersteuerung: Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister, Implementierungspartner und Softwareanbieter und behältst Termine, Leistungen und Abhängigkeiten im Blick * DataCenter & IT Service Management: Du unterstützt das Service Level Management für das lokale DataCenter und wirkst an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der DataCenter-Hardwarearchitektur mit

Dein Profil * Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung * IT-Projektmanagement: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung größerer IT-Projekte, idealerweise im Umfeld von Software-Implementierungen oder IT-Transformationen * Software & Scripting: Gute Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung und Scripting, z. B. Python * Cloud & ERP: Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien und idealerweise mit ERP-Systemen bzw. ERP-Migrationen * IT-Integration: Verständnis für Datenmigrationen, Schnittstellen, Systemintegration sowie Test- und Go-Live-Prozesse * DevOps & IT Service Management: Erfahrung mit DevOps und IT-Service-Management, idealerweise im DataCenter-Umfeld * Analytische Kompetenz: Du denkst strukturiert, erkennst komplexe Zusammenhänge und kannst technische Anforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen übersetzen * Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst sicher mit technischen Teams, Fachbereichen, externen Partnern und weiteren Stakeholdern * Deutsch: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Themen
