Werken bij Monta Jij bent onze nieuwe Projectleider die onze internationale ( Engelssprekende ) klanten gaat begeleiden bij het aansluiten op MontaWMS. Tijdens deze projecten begeleid je jouw klanten bij het organiseren van hun logistiek processen in het MontaWMS. Je start met het inventariseren van de wensen. Je laat die samenlopen met de Monta standaard werkwijze en bij goede ideeën begeleid je de feature requests voor aanpassingen aan het MontaWMS. Je vervult een dynamische rol met veel afwisseling. Naast het begeleiden van dit project ga je ook naar de klant toe in het buitenland om de overgang op locatie te begeleiden. Je bent dus ook sterk in het overbrengen van kennis en kunde. Je weet complexe processen helder uit te leggen en klanten mee te nemen in veranderingen. Over Monta Monta verzorgt de logistiek voor meer dan 3000 webshops. Vanuit ruim 20 e-commerce warehouses verwerken en verzenden we dagelijks duizenden orders in binnen- en buitenland. De komende jaren breiden we verder uit naar landen zoals Duitsland, Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Ons eigen WMS vormt hierbij de basis voor schaalbare internationale groei. Over de rol Als IT Projectleider Crossborder begeleid jij internationale implementaties van ons WMS. Jij zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe klanten, warehouses en teams succesvol de overstap maken naar MontaWMS. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, operations, IT en productteams en bent regelmatig op locatie aanwezig in het buitenland tijdens implementaties, trainingen en livegangen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen techniek, operatie en klantbelang en houdt overzicht in dynamische situaties.
