Over The Member Company Als Employeneur bij TMC krijg je de mogelijkheid om enkele van de meest spannende IT- en digitaliseringsprojecten in Stockholm te leiden. Je wordt een sleutelfiguur in de veranderingsreizen van onze klanten en geeft leiding aan initiatieven die echte zakelijke waarde creëren. Of het nu gaat om digitale transformatie, systeemimplementaties, cloudreizen of bedrijfsontwikkeling, je krijgt de kans om zowel technologie, mensen als resultaten te beïnvloeden. Wat we van jou verwachten Je hebt succesvol projecten geleid binnen IT en wilt je verder ontwikkelen in de rol van projectleider. Je voelt je thuis in de rol van consultant of bent geïnteresseerd in het uitproberen van dit vakmanschap, maar wilt dit doen in een omgeving waar je de zekerheid van een dienstverband kunt combineren met persoonlijke ontwikkeling en ondernemerschap. Je hebt een technische opleiding van minimaal drie jaar afgerond als ingenieur, systeemwetenschapper of een vergelijkbare studie. Je bent een natuurlijke leider en hebt in eerdere IT-projecten/-initiatieven de volledige verantwoordelijkheid genomen voor de levering, inclusief tijdsplanning, budget, middelen, uitvoering, testen en uitrol, zowel volgens traditionele als agile methodieken. Je bent gewend en voelt je prettig bij het soms gelijktijdig leiden van meerdere projecten of initiatieven - groot en klein. Je hebt inzicht gekregen in verschillende branches en projecten geleid gebaseerd op verschillende IT-organisaties en systeemlandschappen. Je bent gewend om te werken met en te voldoen aan eisen - intern maar ook tegenover externe leveranciers of partners. Je hebt een passie voor het werken op het snijvlak tussen business en IT om op basis van klant- en gebruikersbehoeft...
