Als IT Projectmanager bij Randstad Digital duik je in uitdagende opdrachten bij de overheid en in het bedrijfsleven. Je bent veel meer dan alleen een projectmanager; je bent de sparringpartner die complexe vraagstukken omzet in resultaat. Je leidt multidisciplinaire teams, bewaakt budget en kwaliteit, en zorgt dat veranderingen echt landen. Daarbij zet je changemanagement en Lean-optimalisaties in om processen te stroomlijnen. Met jouw stakeholdermanagement weet je iedereen mee te krijgen, van developer tot directie. Stel je voor: je stapt binnen bij een grote overheidsorganisatie met verouderde systemen. Jij pakt de leiding over een grote Cloud-migratie en de bouw van een nieuw AI & Data-platform. Vanuit jouw intrinsieke interesse in AI zie je meteen kansen om slimme GenAI-tools in te zetten binnen het project, waarmee je het team én de klant efficiënter laat werken. De business stuurt op waterval, terwijl IT Agile/Scrum werkt. Jij combineert beide methodieken moeiteloos. Tegelijkertijd neem je de medewerkers mee in de nieuwe werkwijze en schrap je overbodige stappen met Lean. Zo lever je het project niet alleen succesvol op, maar zorg je ook voor een blijvende verandering. Ook binnen Randstad Digital maak je het verschil. Je krijgt alle ruimte voor ontwikkeling, om workshops te geven, intervisies te houden en mee te bouwen aan onze communities.
