Als IT PRODUCT & SOLUTIONS ENGINEER ben je de technische drijvende kracht achter de ontwikkeling en verdere uitbouw van het portfolio aan beveiligingsoplossingen. Je combineert diepgaande technische expertise met een innovatieve blik en vertaalt nieuwe technologieën en klantbehoeften naar toekomstgerichte oplossingen.

Je focus ligt op productstrategie, solution development en technologische innovatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Productmanagement: beheren van toegewezen productlijnen, definiëren van productvereisten, uitvoeren van productvalidaties en testen, documentatie opstellen en opleidingen organiseren.
  • Solution Development & Innovatie: nieuwe technologieën onderzoeken en introduceren, Proof of Concepts (PoC's) opzetten, klantbehoeften vertalen naar innovatieve oplossingen, nieuwe use cases ontwikkelen en samenwerken met leveranciers rond API's, integraties en nieuwe functionaliteiten.
  • Technologieonderzoek & Marktanalyse: evoluties binnen AI, videoanalyse, IoT, cloud security en andere beveiligingstechnologieën opvolgen, producten benchmarken, evalueren en optimaliseren, en deelnemen aan beurzen, trainingen en technische opleidingen.
  • Klant- en marktbetrokkenheid: feedback verzamelen bij klanten, strategische klanten technisch ondersteunen, bijdragen aan pre-salesactiviteiten, demonstraties verzorgen en meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van geïntegreerde security-oplossingen.
  • Intern technisch leiderschap: optreden als technisch expert binnen de organisatie, collega's en klanten opleiden, technische documentatie ontwikkelen en innovatie stimuleren.
  • Technische ondersteuning: ondersteuning bieden bij complexe technische vraagstukken, field engineers begeleiden, remote diagnoses uitvoeren en structurele verbeteringen voorstellen op basis van terugkerende problemen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie van IT PRODUCT & SOLUTIONS ENGINEER zoeken we volgend profiel:

  • Bachelor of Master in IT, Elektronica, Informatica, Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen elektronische beveiligingssystemen, product engineering of technisch productmanagement.
  • Ervaring met geïntegreerde beveiligingssystemen en het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar technische oplossingen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, Frans (goede basis) en Engels;

Je beschikt over een goede kennis van:

  • Productevaluatie
  • IP-netwerken
  • CCTV-oplossingen
  • Video Management Systems (VMS)
  • Videoanalyse
  • AI-toepassingen
  • Elektronische beveiligingstechnologieën
  • API-integraties
  • Projectcoördinatie
  • Ervaring met CCTV- en personentelsystemen is een sterke troef.
