Dann passt du perfekt ins Rudel. 1 IT Projektkoordinator_in (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Du bist der Tower für unsere IT-Projekte: Du behältst den ultimativen Überblick über unsere gesamte IT-Projektsavanne und sorgst dafür, dass alle Pfade an einem Ort zusammenlaufen.

* Dabei behälst du die Übersicht im IT-Projektcontrolling Dschungel - hast du Budgets, Meilensteine und Ressourcen stets im Griff. Du erkennst Abweichungen frühzeitig und greifst steuernd ein, bevor Projekte vom Kurs abkommen.

* Du bringst die passende Methodik ins Löwenrudel: Du etablierst projektübergreifende Standards, Vorlagen und Best Practices und stellst sicher, dass unsere IT-Projekte effizient und strukturiert abgewickelt werden.

* Du bereitest komplexe Projektstände in klaren, aussagekräftigen Statusberichten und Dashboards für das Management und die Fachbereiche auf.

* Du fungierst als zentrale Drehscheibe zwischen unseren internen Tech-Löw_innen (wie unserem KI Powerhouse), den Prozesspartnern und externen Dienstleistern.

Dein Beitrag

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH, Uni oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) und bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement sowie im Projektcontrolling mit.

* Du bist ein_e echte_r Methodik-Expert_in und weißt genau, wie man komplexe, parallele IT-Projekte strukturiert aufgleist, überwacht und erfolgreich ans Ziel bringt.

* Know-how in agilen Methoden, insbesondere SCRUM, ist ein echtes Plus und hilft dir, auch in dynamischen Entwicklungsteams den perfekten Rahmen zu schaffen.

* Zahlen, Daten und Fakten sind deine Welt: Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und bewahrst auch bei vielen gleichzeitig laufenden Initiativen stets einen kühlen Kopf.

* Du bist ein_e kommunikationsstarke_r Teamplayer_in (mit fließendem Deutsch und gutem Englisch), dem/der es leichtfällt, verschiedene Stakeholder abzuholen, Transparenz zu schaffen und Entscheidungen voranzutreiben.

Deine Beute

Für Einstiegslöw_innen winkt für diese Position ein Jahresgehalt ab € 42.000 brutto auf Vollzeit-Basis.
