Sie haben große Freude Kundenprozesse zu analysieren und Lösungen für Kunden zu erarbeiten und Sie können sich für die Energiebranche begeistern. Für ein innovatives Unternehmen im Bereich moderner IT Lösungen für die Energiebranche im Süden von Wien suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt einen IT Projekttechniker (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

* Analyse der Kundenprozesse sowie Konzeption von Lösungen in Abstimmung mit den Entwicklern (m/w/d) dem Produktmanagement und den Kunden

* Implementierung von modernen IT Lösungen (Apps und Web) im Bereich Energiewirtschaft bei den Kunden

* Durchführung von Systemupdates. Wartungen und Testungen

* Durchführung von Kundenschulungen im Umgang mit der Software und Unterstützung der Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und Problemen

* Unterstützung beim Akquisitions- und Angebotsprozess

* Perspektivisch leiten und verantworten Sie einzelnen Projekte zur Gänze

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnliche Fachrichtung

* Großes Interesse in der Digitalisierung und in der Analyse von Kundenprozessen

* Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik, Webapplikationen, Javascript/React, Java

* Erfahrung mit Datenbanksystemen (Oracle, PostgreSQL)

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung

* Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs / Führerschein B

Wir bieten einen Monatsbruttolohn ab € 3.700,00 (40.0 Std./Woche) sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
