Ons team bestaat uit 15 gedrevensales- en recruitmentconsultants, verdeeld over diverse teams. We zijn gespecialiseerd in het werven voor innovatieve tech start- enscale-ups, e-commerce bedrijven, SaaS-oplossingen, digital agencies, platformen, verzekeraars, leasemaatschappijen en cryptoexchanges. Wat al onze klanten gemeen hebben, is hun focus op digitale innovatie en transformatie en goed werkgeverschap.Onze missie is om belangrijke IT-bedrijven te ondersteunen bij hun groei door hen te voorzien van het benodigde talent, terwijl weprofessionals helpen het maximale uit hun carrière te halen. Met ons toegewijde team werken we elke dag hard om de besteprofielen te werven voor onze klanten en kandidaten te begeleiden bij hun carrièrestappen. Hoewel kennis van IT of softwareontwikkeling niet vereist is voor deze functie, zal affiniteit eninteresse je helpen bij het opbouwen van relaties, en we zullen je ondersteunen om de benodigde kennis binnen enkele weken bijte brengen.Hoewel we ons momenteel richten op specifieke niche-markten, behoren we tot de marktleiders in deze sectoren. Onze aanpak heeftzich bewezen met meer dan 250 5-sterrenreferenties, een laag personeelsverloop en klantcontracten die grotendeels zijnontstaan tegen de stroom in tijdens de lockdowns.
