Als Recruitment Specialist neem jij het stuur in handen en ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een strak recruitmentproces dat zowel snelheid als kwaliteit combineert. Geen 'brandjes blussen', maar strategisch bouwen aan onze recruitmentmachine. Als gatekeeper ben jij ervoor verantwoordelijk dat enkel de beste IT'ers een exclusieve spot krijgen binnen Team Rockstars IT. Hiring managers, Accountmanagers, Talentmanagers: jij weet precies wie je wanneer nodig hebt om de juiste kandidaat op het juiste moment aan tafel te krijgen met energie, flair én overzicht. Je werkt met een duidelijke searchstrategie, neemt de regie in gesprekken en bouwt een sterke relatie op met je kandidaten. Dit kan natuurlijk op één van onze kantoren, vanuit huis, maar ook op allerlei andere plekken door het land, ben creatief! Je coacht hen als het ware door de verschillende gespreksrondes heen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de beste software developers kennismaken met de enige echte Rockstars methode waarbij wij onze medewerkers écht op nummer één zetten en hen letterlijk behandelen als Rockstars. Deze methode draag jij uit alsof je het zelf hebt uitgevonden. Kandidaten voelen daardoor het verschil en zien dat recruitment ook persoonlijk, rebels én professioneel tegelijk kan zijn.
