Jouw rol als IT Security Analyst

Als IT Security Analyst speel je een sleutelrol in het opvolgen en versterken van de cybersecurity van de organisatie. Je werkt mee aan de dagelijkse security operations en zorgt ervoor dat risico’s tijdig worden opgevolgd en aangepakt.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het monitoren, analyseren en opvolgen van security alerts en incidenten.
  • Het coördineren van vulnerability management en patching, inclusief prioritering en remediation tracking.
  • Het ondersteunen van veilige systeeminstellingen en configuratiestandaarden.
  • Het mee uitwerken van cybersecurity-aspecten binnen business continuity, disaster recovery en incident recovery.
  • Het beheren en optimaliseren van security controls voor endpoint, e-mail, netwerk en cloud.
  • Het ondersteunen van digitale transformatieprojecten met aandacht voor security requirements en DLP controls.
  • Het administreren en verbeteren van security tools zoals Microsoft Defender, XDR-platformen, Zscaler en gelijkaardige oplossingen.
  • Het uitrollen en opvolgen van security awareness campagnes, inclusief phishing simulations.
  • Het onderhouden van security policies, procedures en standaarden.
  • Het ondersteunen van compliance-activiteiten, waaronder NIS2-gerelateerde opvolging.
  • Het coördineren van interne en externe audits, risk assessments en penetration tests.
  • Het mee ontwikkelen van het cybersecurity risk management programma.
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van securitydocumentatie, metrics en rapportering.
  • Het ondersteunen van identity and access security processen (IAM), zoals access reviews en MFA-controls.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken een analytische en technisch sterke professional met een stevige basis in cybersecurity en security operations. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt ownership op en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar je mee het verschil maakt.

Je brengt mee:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Information Security, IT of een gelijkaardig domein, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in IT security, cybersecurity operations of infrastructure security.
  • Hands-on ervaring met security monitoring, incident response en vulnerability management.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft security tools, XDR-platformen of een hybride IT-omgeving.
  • Affiniteit met security frameworks en regelgeving zoals NIS2, GDPR of ISO 27001.
  • Certificeringen zoals Security+, Microsoft security certifications, CISSP of CISM zijn een plus.
  • Sterke analytische, technische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • De capaciteit om zelfstandig te werken én vlot samen te werken in een internationale context.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Bereidheid om af en toe internationaal te reizen.
