Unique Waregem zoekt een IT Security Engineer voor een bedrijf in Deerlijk

Ben jij sterk in IT support, configuratie en troubleshooting? Werk je graag oplossingsgericht en haal je energie uit het ondersteunen van klanten bij technische vragen en problemen? Dan is deze functie als Security Service Engineer iets voor jou. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat beveiligings- en IT-oplossingen optimaal blijven functioneren en bied je technische ondersteuning vanop afstand én occasioneel on-site. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve technische omgeving waar teamwork, klantgerichtheid en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als IT Security Engineer:

  • Remote support bieden via telefoon, mail en video
  • Technische vragen en problemen analyseren en oplossen
  • Tickets aanmaken, opvolgen en correct documenteren
  • Technische stappen en uitgevoerde acties registreren in het ticketsysteem
  • Dossiers en documentatie up-to-date houden
  • Werkbonnen opmaken van uitgevoerde prestaties en gebruikt materiaal
  • Onderhoud uitvoeren aan installaties, waaronder software-updates en back-ups
  • Configuratie en service van IT-materiaal zoals servers, workstations, switches, …
  • Configuratie en service van beveiligingssystemen zoals CCTV, toegangscontrole, inbraak, …
  • Interne opleidingen verzorgen rond nieuwe technologieën, oplossingen en producten
  • Mee instaan voor het beheer van de interne security-installaties
  • Deelname aan de wachtdienst en uitvoeren van de call intake
  • Beheer van service stock en materialen

Dit verwachten wij van jou als IT Security Engineer:

  • Bachelor in elektronica, elektromechanica, IT, netwerkbeheer of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • IT-kennis en interesse in security-oplossingen
  • Ervaring met servers, workstations, netwerken en softwareconfiguraties
  • Ervaring met camera’s, toegangscontrole en inbraaksystemen
  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief
  • Goede administratieve opvolging en nauwkeurige documentatie
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Frans
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en teamplayer mindset
  • Flexibel inzetbaar voor opdrachten over heel België
