Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für IT-Security, Governance und Compliance im gesamten Digi:Center * Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Architektur zentraler Sicherheitslösungen (Proxy, IDS/IPS, NAC, VPN, Endpoint-Security, DDOS-Schutz) * Erstellung und Pflege von Security-Policies, Standards und Richtlinien * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Standardisierungs- und Automatisierungskonzepten für Security- und Governance-Prozesse * Automatisierung von Security-Workflows, Compliance-Checks, Reporting-Prozessen und Konfigurationsstandards * Steuerung von Risiko-, Audit- und Compliance-Themen (inkl. NIS2) * Governance über Identity & Access Management (AD/Entra ID, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmodelle) * Operatives Infrastruktur-Know-how (Server, Directory Services, Netzwerk, Plattformdienste, Workplace) * Projektmanagement für sicherheits- und infrastrukturelle Vorhaben * Stakeholder-Management und klare Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen und Management * Hands-on Mitarbeit bei Changes, Incidents und technischen Herausforderungen

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security, Governance und Infrastruktur * Fundiertes technisches Wissen über Security-Systeme, Directory Services, Plattformdienste und Netzwerke * Erfahrung in Automatisierung von Security-Prozessen (z. B. PowerShell, Skripting, Policy-Automatisierung, Reporting-Automatisierung) * Erfahrung in Standardisierung von Security-Architekturen, Berechtigungsmodellen und Infrastruktur-Prozessen * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement * Ausgeprägte Operations-Management-Fähigkeiten * ITIL Foundation oder höher * Architekturkompetenz für Security- und Infrastrukturdesigns * Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Stakeholder-Management * Hands-on Mentalität und Bereitschaft, operative Aufgaben selbst zu übernehmen * Führungserfahrung oder klare Eignung für eine stellvertretende Führungsrolle * Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist * analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten * hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Serviceorientierung * Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch

Entgelt nach SWÖ-KV:

bei Vollzeit (37h / Woche) von €3348,90 bis €4050,30 brutto (VG8) - Einstufung nach Vordienstzeiten (maximal 10 Jahre anrechenbar)
