Zur Verstäkung unseres Teams suchen wir: IT Security Manager (m/w/d) - Vollzeit in Gabersdorf Deine Rolle bei PUREA: Strategische & konzeptionelle Verantwortung: Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der IT-Sicherheitsstrategie Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (z. B. ISO 27001) Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Security-Tools (SIEM, Endpoint Security, Firewalls, IAM, MDM etc.) Durchführung von Risikoanalysen sowie Definition geeigneter Sicherheitsmaßnahmen Erstellung und Aktualisierung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -konzepten Unterstützung bei Audits, Zertifizierungen und Compliance-Themen (z. B. DSGVO, NIS2) Operative Aufgaben (Hands-on) Überwachung der IT-Sicherheitsinfrastruktur (z. B. SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS) Analyse und Behandlung von Sicherheitsvorfällen (Incident Response) Patch- und Update Management für Server, Clients und Infrastrukturkomponenten Durchführung von Schwachstellenanalysen und Penetrationstests (intern/extern) Aktive Mitwirkung im Security Monitoring und bei Threat Analysen Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl, Implementierung und dem Betrieb von Security-Lösungen Durchführung von Awareness-Trainings für Mitarbeiter Koordination externer Partner, Dienstleister und Sicherheitsprüfungen Das solltest du mitbringen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Informationssicherheit oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Security, idealerweise mit operativem Fokus Kenntnisse in Cybersecurity-Standards (z. B. ISO 27001, NIST) Erfahrung im Umgang mit Security- und Monitoring-Tools Erfahrung mit Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems und Verschlüsselungstechnologien Kenntnisse über Compliance-Anforderungen und Datenschutzbestimmungen Erfahrung mit Sicherheitsaudits und Penetrationstests Fähigkeit, Sicherheitsvorfälle zu analysieren und angemessen darauf zu reagieren Kommunikationsfähigkeit, um Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -verfahren zu erklären und zu implementieren Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Wir bieten dir: Verantwortungsvolle Herausforderung in einem renommierten, erfolgreichen und krisensicheren Unternehmen.
