Als IT Security Specialist schützt du unsere IT-Systeme, entwickelst Sicherheitsmaßnahmen weiter und arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen. Dabei leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu, unsere digitale Infrastruktur sicher, stabil und zukunftsfähig aufzustellen. 1 IT Security Specialist (m/w/d) Vollzeit ab sofort

Deine neue Herausforderung im Detail:

* Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen

* Analyse, Bewertung und Behandlung von Sicherheitsrisiken, Schwachstellen und Bedrohungen

* Betreuung und Überwachung von Security-Lösungen wie Firewalls, Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, SIEM und Vulnerability Management

* Durchführung bzw. Koordination von Vulnerability Scans, Penetration Tests und Security Audits

* Mitarbeit bei Incident Response, IT-Notfallmanagement und forensischen Analysen

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Konzepten und Dokumentationen

* Unterstützung bei Compliance-Themen wie ISO 27001, NIS2, DSGVO oder vergleichbaren Standards

* Sensibilisierung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu IT-Sicherheitsthemen

Du passt zu uns, weil...

* du eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, IT-Security, Netzwerktechnik, Systemadministration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst oder auch

* du über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationssicherheit, Cyber Security oder einem verwandten Fachbereich verfügst.

* du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Security oder auch Systemadministration, Netzwerktechnik oder IT-Infrastruktur hast.

* du optimalerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in Industrie-, Produktions- oder Unternehmensumgebungen gemacht hast.

* du über gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere für technische Dokumentationen und Herstellerkommunikation, verfügst.

* du bereit bist, bei Sicherheitsvorfällen gelegentlich auch außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit zu unterstützen.
