Jouw job als IT Service Support Engineer

Als IT Service Support Engineer ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne gebruikers. Je staat in voor de installatie, configuratie, ondersteuning en het onderhoud van IT-infrastructuren, hardware en software.

Je werkt zowel op locatie bij klanten als vanop afstand en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket. Van het oplossen van technische incidenten en het beheren van gebruikersaccounts tot het uitvoeren van migraties, upgrades en IT-implementaties: jij zorgt ervoor dat IT-systemen optimaal blijven functioneren.

Daarnaast denk je actief mee met klanten over IT-optimalisaties, beveiliging en technische verbeteringen en werk je mee aan verschillende IT-projecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van IT-infrastructuur, hardware en software.
  • Bieden van eerste- en tweedelijns IT-support aan klanten en medewerkers.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van IT-problemen, incidenten en storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van migraties, upgrades en implementaties.
  • Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, toegangsrechten en IT-apparatuur.
  • Opvolgen van back-ups, updates, beveiliging en monitoring.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij technische vragen en IT-problemen.
  • Adviseren over optimalisatie van IT-omgevingen en infrastructuur.
  • Meewerken aan IT-projecten en implementatietrajecten.
  • Samenwerken met klanten, collega's en externe leveranciers.
  • Rapporteren over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, voortgang en resultaten.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie als IT Service Support Engineer zoeken we iemand met een sterke technische basis die graag problemen analyseert en klanten verder helpt.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor in IT of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen IT support, IT service desk of systeembeheer.
  • Een goede kennis van Windows, netwerken en IT-infrastructuur.
  • Kennis van SQL.
  • Kennis van Azure, HL7 of scripting is een mooie plus.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Een klantgerichte en professionele communicatiestijl.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en flexibele werkhouding.
  • De bereidheid om klanten binnen de Benelux te bezoeken.
