IT Servicedesk Medewerker Uren per week Associate Degree, HBO, MBO 3, MBO 4 Ontdek ontwikkel groei Als IT Servicedesk Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers met IT-vragen en storingen. Je zorgt voor snelle ondersteuning, analyseert wat er speelt en lost zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op. Daarbij houd je overzicht, bewaak je de voortgang en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie richting de gebruiker. Je werkt met uiteenlopende meldingen rondom werkplekken, accounts, software en hardware. Ook voer je standaardwijzigingen uit en schakel je met andere IT-teams wanneer een probleem meer technische verdieping nodig heeft. - Je neemt incidenten en serviceverzoeken aan, registreert ze en volgt ze actief op; - Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij vragen over werkplekken, accounts, software en hardware; - Je lost eerstelijns en waar mogelijk tweedelijns IT-vraagstukken zelfstandig op; - Je voert standaardwijzigingen uit, zoals accountbeheer en het aanpassen van rechten; - Je bewaakt meldingen, legt oplossingen vast en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de servicedesk. Wat kun jij van ons verwachten? - Je ontvangt een salaris tussen €2.610 en €3.150 bruto per maand , afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Je krijgt 8,33% vakantiegeld, een passende reiskostenvergoeding en uitzicht op een vast contract ; - Je behaalt relevante IT-certificeringen, zoals ITIL en Microsoft Azure , volledig op onze kosten; - Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en coaching om jezelf technisch en professioneel verder te ontwikkelen; - Je komt terecht in een betrokken en informele organisatie waar samenwerking, ontwikkeling en plezier centraal staan Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo 3- of 4-opleiding in de richting van IT en relevante ervaring op een servicedesk; ook stage-ervaring telt mee; - Je beschikt over basiskennis van Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory en netwerken; - Je werkt servicegericht, stelt de juiste vragen ...
