The posting

Voor een groeiende speler binnen de logistieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een IT Servicedeskmedewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vragen en problemen van zowel interne als externe gebruikers.

Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte werking van de IT-infrastructuur en ondersteunt verschillende systemen die essentieel zijn voor de dagelijkse logistieke werking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je biedt IT-ondersteuning voor ERP-systemen, picking-systemen en mobiele toestellen.
  • Je staat mee in voor het beheer, onderhoud en up-to-date houden van het computerpark.
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe gebruikers telefonisch en helpt hen op een klantvriendelijke en efficiënte manier verder.
  • Je analyseert problemen en zoekt actief naar praktische en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Wanneer een probleem lokaal niet opgelost kan worden, neem je contact op met IT-collega's in Nederland en/of Duitsland en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de uitbreiding en verdere optimalisatie van de IT-infrastructuur.
  • Daarnaast neem je verschillende administratieve en ondersteunende IT-taken voor je rekening.
  • Je verplaatst je occasioneel naar een andere vestiging om collega's ter plaatse te ondersteunen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede algemene IT-kennis, dankzij een IT-opleiding en/of relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van courante software en IT-toepassingen.
  • Windows 10 en Office 365 kennen voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, logistieke software of mobiele/picking-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend en analytisch ingesteld en denkt graag proactief mee.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en helpt gebruikers op een geduldige en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je bent flexibel en toont de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin wanneer een probleem dringend opgelost moet worden.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Goede basis Frans voor Waalse klanten en medewerkers.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, aangezien je occasioneel collega's op een andere locatie ondersteunt (Courcelles).
