Als IT-Medewerker ben jij de schakel tussen de interne gebruikers en onze IT-infrastructuur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van collega’s. Het verzorgen van het vlotte gebruik van software en systemen. Je adviseert over IT-oplossingen, optimaliseert processen en waakt over de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van onze digitale omgeving. Zo zorg je ervoor dat onze organisatie vlot, veilig en toekomstgericht kan werken.

De functie inhoud Het takenpakket biedt heel wat variatie tussen systeembeheer en software ontwikkeling, hieronder de voornaamste taken:

  • Technische support en opleiding aan collega's over Odoo en Drupal.
  • Installatie en configuratie van servers, netwerkapparatuur en software.
  • Troubleshooting bij storingen en IT-problemen.
  • Ontwikkeling en opvolging van IT-beleid, inclusief beveiliging.
  • Beheer van systeemupdates en -upgrades.
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van integratiesoftware (Java, Apache Camel).
  • Onderhoud van het datawarehouse en opstellen van rapporten (Java, Jaspersoft, PowerBI).
