Welke uitdagingen staan jou te wachten als IT Specialist regio Waregem?

  • Ondersteuning bij nieuwe software-implementaties en integraties binnen ERP, CRM en logistieke toepassingen, inclusief het testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten
  • Interne IT-communicatie verzorgen en collega’s opleiden rond systemen, nieuwe tools en cybersecurity
  • Handleidingen, FAQ’s en digitale procedures opstellen zodat collega’s vlot en zelfstandig met de verschillende toepassingen kunnen werken
  • Rapportages uitwerken rond IT-gebruik, incidenten en security en op basis daarvan verbeteringen voorstellen
  • Digitaliseringsmogelijkheden detecteren en concrete optimalisaties uitwerken, met bijzondere aandacht voor automatisatie en AI
  • Samen met je IT-collega instaan voor het dagelijkse IT-beheer, systeemoptimalisatie, strategische IT-planning en security & compliance

Wie ben jij als IT Specialist regio Waregem?

  • Een technische IT-achtergrond met kennis van ERP-, WMS- en CRM-systemen
  • Kennis van Microsoft-omgevingen, netwerken en cybersecurity
  • Ervaring met IT-projecten en change management vormt een sterke troef
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld, met het vermogen om technische problemen te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot in de omgang met zowel technische als niet-technische collega’s
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en organisatorisch sterk, met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief
