We zorgen ervoor dat hun IT omgeving betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig blijft. Door onze groei en de toenemende verantwoordelijkheid die klanten bij ons neerleggen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Services Specialist. Iemand die technische kennis combineert met een praktische instelling en graag meedenkt over verbeteringen. In deze functie werk je zowel aan het beheren van bestaande omgevingen als aan het implementeren van nieuwe oplossingen. Je hebt direct contact met klanten en draagt actief bij aan het verder ontwikkelen van onze dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen? Als Services Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de verbetering en de ontwikkeling van IT omgevingen bij onze klanten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het beheren en optimaliseren van Microsoft 365 en Azure omgevingen - Het uitvoeren van migraties, implementaties en wijzigingen - Het oplossen van incidenten en structureel verbeteren van terugkerende problemen - Het automatiseren van beheertaken met bijvoorbeeld PowerShell of vergelijkbare tooling - Het adviseren van klanten over verbeteringen op het gebied van beheer, security en modern workplace - Het implementeren van nieuwe technologieën zoals Microsoft Copilot en AI oplossingen - Het bezoeken van klanten om hun omgeving en uitdagingen goed te begrijpen Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt voor verschillende organisaties, waardoor je continu wordt uitgedaagd met nieuwe vraagstukken en technologieën.
