Deine tägliche Herausforderung

* Server- & Systembetrieb: Bereitstellung, Administration und Wartung von physischen, virtuellen und hybriden Server-Landschaften sowie Cloud-Ressourcen

*

Backup & Disaster Recovery: Steuerung und Monitoring der Datensicherung inklusive regelmäßiger Restore- und Notfalltests für Systeme.

* Managed Services & Automatisierung: Proaktives Patch-, Update- und Monitoring-Management sowie Automatisierung von Standardprozessen.

* Support & Incident-Management: Vor Ort, remote oder telefonischen Support unserer Kunden für Lösung komplexer 2nd-/3rd-Level-Störungen, nachhaltige Ursachenanalyse und Fehlerbehebung, sowie Dokumentation.

So bist Du:

* Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Installation und Wartung von IT-Systemen, sowie im Service & Support mit.

* Praktische Erfahrung entweder im Windows Server Bereich, oder mit professionellen Backup-Lösungen wie Veeam.

* Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Berechtigungs- und Rollenkonzepten in Entra ID oder Active Directory.

* Du hast eine ruhige und lösungsorientierte Art und Weise an komplexe Aufgaben zu gehen.

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team, übernimmst Verantwortung und gehst Aufgaben selbstständig an.

* Du bist kommunikationsstark und sprichst ein sicheres Deutsch und Englisch.

Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei 3267€ brutto pro Monat (auf 38,5 Stunden Basis), das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Das Gehalt wird 14-mal jährlich ausbezahlt. Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Informationstechnologie, Datenverarbeitung (IT).
