* 1st- und 2nd Level IT-Support: Unterstützung der Anwender: innen bei Anfragen und Störungen von IT-Systemen sowie unserer Markenapplikationen

* Betreuung des internen Ticketsystems, Unterstützung am IT-HelpDesk

* Konfiguration, Betreuung & Verwaltung unserer mobilen Geräteinfrastruktur (VoIP Telefonie & Mobile Device Management samt SIM Karten Administration)

* Administration (1st- und 2nd Level) unserer HCL Notes Landschaft

* Tenant- & Lizenzverwaltung der Microsoft 365 / Entra Umgebung

* Betreuung der Druckerinfrastruktur (FollowMe, Labeldrucker, usw.)

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern zur Sicherstellung des reibungslosen IT-Betriebs und der Behebung von Störungen

* Mitarbeit bei neuen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten - Einführung & Administration der Cloud Telefonanlage,

* Aufbereitung und Durchführung von User Schulungen inkl. der Erstellung von Anleitungen und Dokumentationen in der intern geführten Wikipedia.

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung: Lehre IT-Technik/Fachinformatik, HTL oder Fachschule mit Schwerpunkt IT

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Fundierte Kenntnisse von Windows Server Betriebssystem 2019 und höher (Windows 11)

* Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Netzwerk inkl. VLAN, Cloud Technologien von Vorteil

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, kommunikative Persönlichkeit & agiles Mindset

* Reisebereitschaft zu den Standorten der gesamten Denzel-Gruppe innerhalb Österreichs

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
