Bij ELCEE krijg je als IT Support & Cloud Specialist de ruimte om vanuit Dordrecht internationale impact te maken én IT verder te vernieuwen. In deze fulltime baan werk je binnen een compact IT-team met vrijwel het volledige Microsoft-ecosysteem, cloudtechnologie en AI. Een vacature voor de specialist die techniek graag combineert met innovatie. Maak het verschil als IT Support & Cloud Specialist in Dordrecht Als IT Support & Cloud Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat collega's op alle vestigingen van ELCEE betrouwbaar en efficiënt kunnen werken. Vanuit Dordrecht ondersteunt het IT-team de internationale organisatie en houd jij samen met je collega's de Microsoft Cloud-omgeving operationeel, veilig en toekomstbestendig. Je verleent Global IT Support, beheert en optimaliseert onder andere Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune en SharePoint en ondersteunt bij implementaties en migraties. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan het dagelijkse beheer. Je signaleert verbeterkansen rondom beveiliging en automatisering en denkt actief mee over de toepassing van Microsoft Copilot, AI en andere innovatieve technologieën binnen bedrijfsprocessen. Kortom, jij pakt de regie bij het: - verlenen van IT-support aan gebruikers binnen de internationale organisatie; - beheren, monitoren en optimaliseren van Microsoft Cloud-platformen en -diensten; - ondersteunen van IT-projecten, implementaties en migraties; - verbeteren van IT-beheer, beveiliging, automatisering en documentatie; - onderzoeken en toepassen van AI-oplossingen en andere innovatieve technologieën.
