Als IT Support Engineer zorg jij er vanuit Groningen voor dat zij kunnen rekenen op een veilige, goed ingerichte digitale werkplek ( Modern Workplace ) en een gestandaardiseerde en betrouwbare IT-omgeving. Je pakt technische vraagstukken op en houdt je bezig met alles rondom onze Modern Workplace en IT-infrastructuur. Daarbij werk je samen met collega's en IT-partners, ook in de verschillende landen. Dat maakt de functie technisch breed, internationaal en afwisselend. Wat ga je doen? Je schakelt tussen de dagelijkse IT-praktijk en het technische beheer van onze omgeving. Zo kun je het ene moment bezig zijn met Intune of een netwerkvraagstuk en even later een collega helpen, een nieuwe oplossing testen of afstemmen met een IT-partner op één van onze vestigingen. Waar nodig ontwikkel je nieuwe technische standaarden en zorg je dat deze goed worden toegepast. Juist die combinatie maakt dat geen dag hetzelfde is. Enthousiast over deze functie? Concreet houd je je onder andere bezig met het: Je maakt deel uit van ons IT-team in Groningen, onder leiding van de Global IT Manager. Je werkt nauw samen met een collega binnen Workplace Support, onze Security Officer en twee collega's die zich voornamelijk richten op ERP-applicaties. Vanuit ieders eigen expertise zorgen we samen voor een stabiele, veilige en betrouwbare IT-omgeving voor NNZ wereldwijd. Onze IT-omgeving is volop in ontwikkeling. We werken onder andere aan verdere cloudmigratie, het optimaliseren van Intune- en Azure-policies, netwerktoegang en wifi, cybersecurity, printerbeheer en het verder standaardiseren van onze digitale werkplekken.
