Van een supportticket oplossen tot experimenteren met AI

Heb jij thuis een homelab waarin je voor je plezier experimenteert met netwerken, servers, Microsoft-technologie of automatisering? Dan willen we je zeker ontmoeten. Voor onze vestiging in Oudenburg zoeken we een IT Support Engineer die houdt van afwisseling. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's en biedt 1e en 2e lijn IT-support, maar je job gaat veel verder dan tickets oplossen.

Je werkt in een Microsoft Azure-omgeving, beheert gebruikers en IT-assets en helpt collega's op onze verschillende vestigingen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan projecten rond onder andere Azure, SharePoint, AI, Windows, netwerken en automatisering.

Kortom: een brede IT-job waarin je kunt supporteren, troubleshooten, automatiseren én bijleren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als IT Support Engineer zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat onze IT-omgeving vlot draait en onze medewerkers goed geholpen worden.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vragen van collega's binnen Groep Verhelst en biedt zowel 1e als 2e lijn support.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en gaat logisch op zoek naar de oorzaak en een duurzame oplossing.
  • Je beheert gebruikersaccounts en IT-hardware, waaronder laptops, pc's, smartphones en andere IT-assets.
  • Je ondersteunt bij onboarding en offboarding en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's technisch goed kunnen starten.
  • Je werkt binnen onze Microsoft-omgeving, waarbij onze infrastructuur volledig in Microsoft Azure draait.
  • Je gebruikt PowerShell en andere mogelijkheden om terugkerende IT-taken slimmer te automatiseren.
  • Als IT Pro zoek je actief naar automatiseringsmogelijkheden, waarbij je ook AI-tools inzet om efficiënter te werken.
  • Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan uiteenlopende IT-projecten rond SharePoint, Azure, AI, Windows, asset management, netwerken en andere IT-oplossingen.
  • Kun je een technisch probleem niet vanop afstand oplossen? Dan ga je ter plaatse naar een van onze vestigingen om je collega's verder te helpen.

Geen dag hetzelfde dus. Het ene moment debug je een netwerkprobleem, het volgende richt je een laptop in voor een nieuwe collega en daarna werk je verder aan een IT-project of automatisering.

We zoeken vooral een IT'er die nieuwsgierig is naar technologie. Iemand die niet alleen wil weten dát iets niet werkt, maar ook wil begrijpen waarom.

  • Je behaalde een graduaat of bachelor diploma in een ICT-gerelateerde richting
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van IT-infrastructuur en netwerken.
  • Je kunt logisch troubleshooten en vindt het interessant om technische problemen uit te pluizen.
  • Je hebt interesse in Microsoft Azure en cloudtechnologie. Ervaring met Azure is een mooie plus.
  • Kennis van Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een CCNA-certificaat of vergelijkbare netwerkkennis is een plus.
  • Je onderzoekt graag hoe AI-tools kunnen helpen om IT-processen te automatiseren en verbeteren.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je ook behelpen in het Engels en Frans.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent klantgericht en kunt technische zaken helder uitleggen aan collega's.
  • Je blijft rustig bij onverwachte problemen en zoekt zelfstandig naar oplossingen.
  • Je deelt je kennis met je collega's. Binnen ons IT-team vinden we het belangrijk dat we elkaars back-up kunnen zijn.

Ook als je aan het begin van je carrière staat, maar buiten je opleiding volop met IT bezig bent, leren we je graag kennen.
