Voor een opdrachtgever in de regio Gorinchem zijn wij op zoek naar een IT Support Engineer met een proactieve houding en technische kennis. Toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt én kunt groeien? Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig oplossen van issues en doorvoeren van wijzigingen binnen werkplekken, servers en netwerkomgevingen bij klanten; - Proactief bewaken van de ICT-omgevingen van klanten; - Ondersteunen van collega's bij het oplossen van calls en meedenken in het verbeteren van processen; - Adviseren van klanten over passende producten, systemen en netwerkoplossingen; - Zorgdragen voor het vastleggen, bijhouden en verbeteren van relevante documentatie; - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling en de dienstverlening. Gebruikte tools & technieken Je werkt voornamelijk met producten van Microsoft. Kennis van Office 365, Azure en algemene Microsoft Cloud-oplossingen is belangrijk. Daarnaast heb je interesse in netwerkcomponenten zoals firewalls en switches. Opleidingsmogelijkheden Je krijgt de ruimte om door te groeien met opleidingen, trainingen en certificeringen.
