Onze klant is een snelgroeiende IT-organisatie met een hecht team van ongeveer 50 IT-professionals. Er heerst een informele werksfeer waarin samenwerking en collegialiteit centraal staan. Zij leveren uiteenlopende IT-diensten zoals werkplekbeheer, IT-beheer, cloudoplossingen, security en telefonie aan voornamelijk accountancy- en belastingadvieskantoren. In deze rol zal je veel schakelen met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder het beheerteam, om ervoor te zorgen dat klantvragen en technische problemen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant en de interne teams, en jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel om een hoge klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. Bovendien zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een Systeembeheer-positie, zodat je jouw carrière verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie. De functie: Als Support Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen, registreren en afhandelen van 1e en 2e-lijns incidenten. Dit doe je zowel telefonisch als via e-mail. Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers en analyseert problemen met hardware, software en netwerken om deze op te lossen. Complexe incidenten escaleren ze naar het beheerteam, en jij bent de schakel die zorgt voor een soepele overdracht. Daarnaast documenteer je alle incidenten en oplossingen in hun ticketingsysteem (TOPdesk) en lever je een bijdrage aan de verbetering van hun IT-diensten en processen.
