In deze functie ondersteun je eindgebruikers op uiteenlopende locaties en zorg je ervoor dat werkplekken, laptops, smartphones en andere ICT-middelen optimaal functioneren. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers op locatie - Oplossen van hardware-, software- en werkplekgerelateerde incidenten - Uitgeven, installeren en vervangen van laptops, smartphones en tablets - Zelfstandig bemannen van een ICT-servicebalie - Registreren en afhandelen van meldingen in TOPdesk - Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden zoals asset- en CMDB-registraties - Inrichten, verhuizen en vervangen van werkplekken - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij vragen over apparatuur en applicaties - Ondersteunen van VIP-gebruikers en management waar nodig - Bijdragen aan uiteenlopende ICT-projecten Eisen - Afgeronde MBO-opleiding richting ICT (niveau 3 of 4) - ITIL Foundation certificering of vergelijkbare kennis - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Werkplekbeheerder of On Site Support Medewerker - Ervaring binnen een grotere en complexe ICT-omgeving - Ervaring met TOPdesk - Kennis van Windows en Microsoft 365 - Ervaring met Microsoft Intune - Rijbewijs B - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden Wensen - Ervaring met smartphones en tablets - Kennis van Mobile Device Management - Basiskennis van LAN/WAN-netwerken - Ervaring met CMDB-beheer - Ervaring met VIP-support - Ervaring met projectmatige werkzaamheden - Ervaring met klantcontact binnen een professionele IT-omgeving Herken jij jezelf grotendeels in dit...
